Yessena Montoya was very thorough in her job.. the front desk people were excellent to talk to very professional. Overall everyone was great except for the janitor which pulled a taser on me and threatened to kill me!!! And proceeded to call the law on me and he would have went to jail but I refused to pressed charges

It’s not a Marriott with all the amenities but it is definitely safe and comfortable. Dave, the GM is awesome! He shows care and concern. The gym is amazing! Just the right amount of equipment. Well lit at night.

I’ve stayed at this hotel short and long stay several times, and this was by far my best experience — thanks to the new manager, Dave Mejorado. His leadership shows in the cleaner rooms, more organized operations, and noticeably friendlier staff. The whole atmosphere feels more positive and professional. Dave clearly cares about both guests and employees, and it makes a real difference. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this place to others!
Had a remarkably peaceful and quiet weekend. Thanks to Ms. Montoya, who seemed assuredly helpful and eager to be of service. Being sure if there was anything we needed she would make sure we received it promptly. It felt good to receive service with a smile. This young lady made me believe that customer service isn't a thing of the past.
